Hi,
Starting yesterday i tried to loign ot my wordpress blog, i get to the login id and password enter those and all i get is a blank screen or HTTP 500 server error code and this it says;
The website cannot display the page
HTTP 500
Most likely causes:
•The website is under maintenance.
•The website has a programming error.
What you can try:
Refresh the page.
Go back to the previous page.
I know the password is correct as i asked for a new one
I need help to fix this i can see my blog from a subscribers/readers perspective.

try:
- switching to the default theme by renaming your current theme's folder in wp-content/themes using FTP or whatever file management application your host provides.
- resetting the plugins folder by using FTP or whatever file management application your host provides. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.
- renaming or deleting the .htaccess file after making a backup of this file by using FTP or whatever file management application your host provides.
- check file permissions. All directories should be 755 or 750. All files should be 644 or 640. Exception: wp-config.php should be 600 to prevent other users on the server from reading it.
- re-uploading the wp-admin and wp-includes folders from a fresh download of WordPress by using FTP or whatever file management application your host provides.

This is great Information thank you, but ????? where and how do i find what you are talking about to check and make changes, is it on my PC hidden somewhere on the World Wide Wait?

Hi, please help me
I have a problem yesterday i login my account on word press by mistake i change my url to other url and save change then automatically my account logout and still i cant login my account please help me i am in trouble.
