   Is there any licence or wordpress is 100% free?
   I mean, what if I want to use it to create comercial website, or website for some (non-profit) foundation?

   If you ever downloaded it - there is a licence file in the package. (Not that people ever bother to read it :)

   Short answer: it is free and you can use it to create whatever you want.

   You can even make your own flavor and sell it out... consider donating to wordpress.org once you are rich and famous.
