WordPress backup

Hi, I’m spanish, so my english is not very well and I don’t find anything trought this huge forum. I’m sorry if this is answered yet in some place.

Well, I’ve got WordPress installed in a server and my blog is running well, but the server has banned southamerican IP’s so I want to change to another server, cause many southamerican friends want to visit my site.

The question is… I know how to get a backup from WordPress (the SQL file) but… ¿How can I get back all my posts and coments once I’ve installed WordPress in the other server?
