   Today I updated my blog at http://www.menandmentors.org and I have a new set of ramblings on the screen. I have no clue how to get them off. can somebody guide?

   go to dashboard and deactivate the /tweet-this/ plugin

   if you can't log in - rename the /tweet-this/ folder to deactivate the plugin
