Hi everyone, I'm looking for some good Web Designing Programs such as Artisteer that are free and very customizable. I realize that the free programs usually don't offer the most customization, but I'm keeping my fingers crossed.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!

Oh, I forgot to mention this: I've never used Artisteer before, but judging from the demo that I saw on its website, it looks pretty close to what I want. Only problem: after the trial, you have to pay...
