User subscription plugin

I’m trying to create a website where users pay before accessing a powerpoint document on a secure page on the site. A web person told me that there should be a user subscription plug-in that would allow the person to go to paypal before receiving access to the powerpoint. Does any one know which plug-in would allow for this?
