I've got a question about using a wordpress.com theme in wordpress.org.
I've found a nice theme on wordpress.com called : http://photographydemo.wordpress.com/contact/
but when i search for it on wordpress.org i couldn't found it.
my question is:
Can i use this theme on wordpress.org?

Yes, as that's a premium theme (read as $$$) on WordPress.COM and is not available in the theme repo here.
You can purchase a version of it for your self-hosted WordPress installation from the vendor.

No. Commercial themes do not exist in the WordPress theme repository here and there is no tie in for self-hosted WordPress installations with any vendor.
If you purchase a theme from any vendor, you will need to follow their instructions on how to download, install it, and keep it up to date.
Please be aware that we do nt support commercial themes here so if you run into any difficulty you would need to get support from the vendor. Which is good, part of the purchase price should include support.
