    HI Steffano ,

    Consider the scenario

    1) I created an email using the newsletter link in the application
    2) I clicked on Send and the engine started sending the emails.
    3) As soon as i clicked Send and after getting the response on teh same page i selected the email that i just created and clicked on Trigger Delivery Engine. I did this at around 11.40 PM.
    4) The deilvery engine then went erratic and it started sending out emails for another 6 hours sending out a total of 972 emails. Each user on my site got 45 duplicate emails in 6 hours !
    5) I am assuming it stopped after 6 hours is because my GMAIL account has 1000 emails per day limit.

I am assuming its the problem with the Cron Job. Since i am not depending on the CRON i have currently disabled my wordpress cron.

Please check and let me know..

Hi, your situation is very strange. First how many newsletter are listed on newsletters panel and in sending status? Only one?
How many subscribers do you have? Gmail has a limit of 250/500 emails per day (1000 should be the limit counting bcc and cc fields).

The delivery engine stores the last subscriber id involved in the delivery so it should never get back an already processed account. Even with cron not working properly, the internal protection should block concurrents deliveries.

Can you send me at stefano@satollo.net an administrative account? More, ASAP enable the log to debug level on diagnostic panel so we can track down what’s happening inside the plugin.

    Stefano.
