okay. so my hosting service crashed and lost all the data. apparently they have the mysql databases though. so what i want to do is transfer my data from one database to another. i've recreated the wordpress blogs but i'm unsure how to transfer the data. can anyone walk me through this?

What do you mean by "recreated the wordpress blogs" if there is no database???

Posted 5 years ago #and i read that section but...........well for one i still have the old databases, its not in a file. and second, when in SQL the pages were different than explained, there was no browse button. as you can see, i'm in over my head a bit.
