How do I turn trackback off?

Its at the bottom of single.php pages and really annoying me.. just want to get it off.

Edit the single.php template and remove the trackback bits. All that stuff is in the theme itself.

    index.php :-)

Actually these kinds of things are in almost any php that your site uses. I've been deleting all of my RSS, trackback, etc. links, but then there is still an RSS link on comments pages when logged in (or something). Anyway, have a look at your index.php, archive(s).php and all those buddies...
