TinyMCE Not Present

    I have recently installed WordPress and for some reason the TinyMCE WYSIWYG editor is not present.

    I have turned it on the preferences bit but it does not appear. i can get the one that is more simple (that adds the HTML tags around stuff for you) but the WYSIWYG one.

    I could not find a similar issue in the archives – can anyone help?
