TinyMCE Javascript errors in WP 2.3.1

    Hello.

    I have a problem with TinyMCE.
    Visual editor does not load at all and my JS debugger shows an error in tiny_mce_gzip.php. The JS code it generates is strange – quote symbols appears as two single quotes, like
    ua.indexOf(''MSIE 5'').
    I have PHP5 on that server. I can’t find how and where these quote symbols are escaped this way.
    Please help!
    P.S.: On the other server the same WP version worked ok.
