Theme Installation Problems

Hello, I’m having an issue with a theme I just purchased. I installed this new theme on my WordPress (hosting through Hostgator), and the theme is not showing up. My website address is http://thebluefaction.com. Sometimes when I refresh it the original WordPress theme shows up.

What can I do????
