Theme half integrated – Sidebar issue
-
Hi,
I have had a “team” of people attempt to ingerate the default theme that is installed on my server into my site.
Whilst the main blog page and blog posts work fine within my sites template, I wanted to integrate the sidebar on the left on the main blog page.
When I do this I need to style the sidebar and when I have read up on this in the forum I can only think that the “team” have overwritten the orignal theme style.css with one that has elements from my own sites css as I cannot find any of the classes in there that the article says needs altering! Therefore I think I made need a copy of the original style.cc file that came with the theme that I can add the parts that are in the current style.css as I cannot see where to alter the siderbar styling?
Can someone take a look and advise if I am mistaken?
Also when I call the sidebar.php from the main blog page, when I click on a link from there it shows very broken pages which I think need integrating into my sites template?
Any ideas which files I need to put into my template and how to decide what shows in the sidebar menu?
The blog is at http://www.thisdigital.com/blog
Thanks in advance,
Richard
