    Hi,
I have just installed a wordpress theme :
    http://www.themesjunction.com/theme/vision_cms_wordpress_template-4517.html

But when i put them in my website, the picture is missing.

    http://faroutfans.com

I have tried without success for the last 24 hours to insert a picture in the header (where it says "Please insert image in the post custom fields")
I am a newbee, and would greatly welcome any suggeston or pointers.
    Thank you in anticipation.

    read the theme documentation...

In the post itself, you need to define some custom field, and insert the link to the image there .

Thank you so much taking the trouble to answer, but i don't know what you mean.
In the post itself, you need to define some custom field, and insert the link to the image there.
where is the custom field? the post?

In the Appearance, there Vision CMS Option (which is the theme that i downloaded), I have to put:
    logo URL:
    feedburner URL:
    twitter URL: etc
but when i put the all in and save it, nothing happen.
Is this Vision CMS Option is what you mean by the documentation?

    Please be patient with me
    Thank you ever so much

when you write a post, you will have under it , some thing called CUSTOM FIELDS, .. you need to put there a pair of key-value, defined by your theme (which I do not know , but I know the method)
This is why I advise you to read the documentation to know what the key is called (the value is the path to the image)
The theme will take the image from that custom value, from the post, and put it where it belongs...
