You could always delete the plugin folder in wp-content/plugins to see if that gets your blog back.

I’ve deleted all the tagalize related files and still no joy. I have no idea what to do 🙁

Michael – I’ve done it :). For some reason the MACOSX file didn’t delete properly first time round. It now has and all is well.
