Subsites redirection

Hi everybody,

I installed WordPress in http://wordpress.mysite.com .

Now, I would like that http://wordpress.mysite.com/subdomain is reachable via http://www.mysite.com/subdomain (this because http://www.mysite.com is not a WordPress installation).

Is it possible?
