• I was running my site on WP 2.1.x and using a plugin called Webdezine.ca CSS DropDown Multi-level Menu system 2.0 which replaces the default WordPress menus with cross browser css dropdown menus for pages, categories, archives, blogroll and meta by Sheri O’Connor.

It worked beautifully because all I had to do was set up Link Categories and Link Items (that all linked to external URL’s) and I had a dropdown menu under my logo. It was so simple that even a dummy like me who knows an eensey bit of HTML and no CSS whatsoever could set up a dropdown menu system.

I have upgraded to WP 2.7.1 and this plugin does not work any more. Worse, there doesn’t appear to be anything that comes close in ease of use and functionality. Ryan of PixoPoint, DTabs and one other plugin will do dropdown menus but they all need coding / other installations to work. Way too technical for me.

I’m currently using the aquavaccinium theme and my external links appear in the right hand column under recent posts / archive, but I want them to appear as before: a horizontal line of dropdowns under the logo.

This is such a basic requirement that really should be in standard WP. Have I missed a plugin or feature that will do this without any coding?
