Show specific posts

Hi all of you.

I want to put in my wordpress, in the main page. Two types of posts.

I want to show the posts from the category “General” and under this I want to show the posts from the category “Actuaciones”.

So I wonder If I can do this by some plug-in, o by changing the code. But this last option I thing is the most dificoult one.

For my the best is to show, 5 topics from “General” in one Row Set or Colum, and at the right or under, show the topics for “Actuaciones”
