RSS Error: WP HTTP Error: socket error: 111 (1 post)

    hi,

    whenever I try to use the RSS feed widget on my sidebar, it gives a:

    RSS Error: WP HTTP Error: socket error: 111     message.

    does anyone knows how this can be resolved..? is it because of my hosting service restrictions or something?
