Resize automatically

I have a client who has asked about a resizing issue.

The site is http://www.lonersmccanada.com

He was told there is a code change to both the splash page and home page in order for them to resize automatically to whatever the viewers screen resolution was. He wants the whole background image and the player at the bottom of the page to be viewed as a whole.

Is this possible and if so, I’m assuming somewhere in the css, what needs modified?

Any help is appreciated !!!
