Reload code for WordPress Post Tabs plugin

Hi I am looking for assistance with getting a reload code to work for the WordPress Post Tabs plugin with Advanced AJAX Page Loader. I’ve spent a while trying to figure it out myself but I can’t seem to get anything to work. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You can see I’m using the tabs at the top of my about page (see URL below). They don’t work when you navigate back to the page so i need a reload code.
