Now we are talking about two [2] different things!

If you click on a category name, then you DON’T go to the “actual post” as you stated in your first post. Any Wp user would assume that the “actual post” means the single post view.
When you click on a category name, you see a category archive or list… and NO, you can NOT comment there, only on single post view.

Sorry but i still do not get how i am going allow links to be displayed in there. I read a bit about the tags and i tried but i dont really know where to put the code.

HTML tags and graphics are stripped from the excerpt…
Links are html tags.
