Tried uninstalling and reinstalling recent plugins that I was working with but nothing.

it seem this is an error message from some your plugin. but if you have trying to uninstall and reinstalling the plugin then check your header.php in wordpress theme to find anything between.
i believe the problem more because your plugin. do you have any plugin name “ajax login widget” ?

Yes but I uninstalled that plug in and still getting error
my last resort is keep it all of your plugin unplug. then see them from other browser.
