   Hello,

   I would be very grateful if someone could halp me. I installed FormBuilder plugin few months ago, and everyfhig worked fine.

   But afther updating that plugin to newer version, the form I have built, makes me problems. When form is completed and afther sending the datas, the report isn't "Success" but "Form Problem: You have already submitted this form data once."

   Does enyone know the answer?

   I want to add one more thing, the form's data are sent correctly to entered email adress but twice. The recipient gets two identical email with form's data.
