Problem adding new post

This is a stupid newbie question but I’m having trouble today finding the button to add a new post to the blog. I started using WordPress earlier this month and have posted several times but today its not working. All is see is the blog as if someone else navigated to it.

Has it been hacked somehow? Why isn’t it recognizing me? Maybe I’ve just forgotten a step to get back in.
