   I can't get this poll thing to work... Democracy will show in admin panel, and will activate too - but from there it's gone. No widget, no options, no nothing.

   WP-polls won't even show in admin panel.

   Help..?

   thats because your nesting directories when you upload it.

   Delete the files OFF your server. Unzip the zipfile you downloaded. Instead of uploading everything that you unzipped, navigate in ONE directory and upload THAT directory and everything inside of it -- maintaining the directory structure within that second directory.

   IN other words, on your site your plugin files are here:

   http://www.hjemmemamma.com/wp-content/plugins/wp-polls/polls/

   you want them here:

   http://www.hjemmemamma.com/wp-content/plugins/polls/

   Do you see the difference?

   Oh, great!! It worked, thank you!! :)

   Now I only have to figure out how/where to translate the text (votes, vote, total voters). Do you know?

   Yeah, I figured that much. But WHERE, exactly? I kinda get lost in all the codes. :)

   Oh, and one more thing... the poll won't actually work... I voted a few hours ago, and it's still processing.

   Basically it is all the templates, you have to look for it. Most of the text can get translated. You need to try.

   Perhaps "Result Footer" and "Result Body"

   Ok, now I got the translation just about right. :)

   Couldn't find any relevant information on the forum, though... So it's still not working.

    Got it running. Have made a poll. Now... How do I place it on the main index site? Not in sidebar, not in post. Just on the left side on the index..?
