   i use Google XML Sitemaps
   http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/google-sitemap-generator/

   But
   Site map for Custom taxonomy shows like this
   http://www.mysite.com/?taxonomy=&term=

   why dnt it shows the proper parmalink structure in sitemap as shown on the site
   which is http://www.mysite.com/mycustomtaxonomy/post-title
