This plugin rocks! Seems to work just as I want, except for one thing. I get an error when clicking "invite friends":
Error while loading page from mypage
The URL http://my.url/wordpress/index.php?is_invite=true&fb_force_mode=fbml did not respond.
There are still a few kinks Facebook and the makers of mypage are trying to iron out. We appreciate your patience as we try to fix these issues. Your problem has been logged - if it persists, please come back in a few days. Thanks!
The weird thing is that if I go to the url in the message, I see this:

Sorry for taking a while to respond. I've been busy.
Could you clarify one thing for me? when you click the invite frineds link you should see "http://apps.facebook.com/wpbooktestblog/index.php?is_invite=true&fb_force_mode=fbml" in the url. Basically what we are doing here is telling our wordpress theme that invite is set to true (is_invite=true) which outputs the code in your second code block. Then we have to tell fb that we are using fbml(facebook markup language) which is when we set the "fb_force_mode=fbml". This is the first I've heard of this issue. I just clicked my invite friend link and it worked fine.
The error you received almost makes it sound like something is wrong with either your blog or the way wordpress is pulling in the theme. One more quick question are you on your "post" page when you are having this issue. The invite friends link is known to not function if you are on a "page" created from within wordpress we are working on getting this resolved.

The URL does point to http://apps.facebook.com/openartistmovement/index.php?is_invite=true&fb_force_mode=fbml
This is when I am attempting to 'invite friends' from the facebook app itself.

I'm thinking this is a sparatic issue, may have to do with the invite friends form. I'll look into that, seems like either clearing the cache and reloading or sometimes just reloading the pages seams to fix the issue in most cases.

This is because the invite code which uses FBML uses the blog name as the fb:request-form: "type". Therefore if you don't have a blog title the type is then empty causing this runtime error.
If for some reason you don't want to have a blog title you can manually enter an invite type in themes/index.php
I can add a check for the Blog title being empty, but will need to put something in there in its place.
