I just installed and activated WP-Table Relocated. When I try to access it via the Tools menu I get the following error. "HTTP Error 500 (Internal Server Error): An unexpected condition was encountered while the server was attempting to fulfill the request."
I've tried uploading the program files again, de-activated and reactivated the plugin and still get the same error. Can you help?

that sounds weird. Can you maybe check in the Server error log if there's something logged there (an error message)?
It could be possible that the memory limit is reached, so maybe you can try to increase it by following the steps in http://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP
