   what happen ? when i click to buy it goes in the cart, and when i want confirm for the transport >> the cart say "empty"

   what happen ?

   Most likely your PHP installation has misconfigured PHP session support. Ask your host to check that php.session_save_path is pointing to a folder that's writable by your web server.

   thanks hopefully this will work for me too. My clients hosting providers said the permission can only be set to 755 on their servers. Will it need to be 777?

   That depends wholly on how their hosting is configured. Did you ask them the exact thing I posted, e.g.

   "Check that php.session_save_path is pointing to a folder that's writable by your web server."
