• I would like to control the sort order of my pages. I’ve tried a few plugins like pagemesh, but wp-dtree seems to have the last say, because any changes I make do not take until I go to dtree panel and click the UPDATE SETTINGS button.

    Any ideas?

  • Well. Like it says in the readme, all output from WP-dTree is cached and won’t update unless you remove/add/alter content on the blog, or change settings on WP-dTree yourself.

Does your sorting-plugin work well with WP-dTree after you’ve updated the dTree cache?

I don’t know if I understand your question (or the readme) 100%. The nav does update if I go into dTree and hit the UPDATE SETTINGS button. Is that what you mean?

I’m wondering if WP-dTree displays your custom sort-order after you’ve updated the tree, yes.

I think so. I update the custom order in the other plugin (nothing shows). I then go into the dTree panel and click the Update Settings button and the custom order I made in the other plugin displays.

    Does that help?
