[Plugin: WordPress Video Plugin] Error uploading Vimeo

I’m a newbie so bear w/ me if this is a silly query, but I uploaded this plug-in with hopes of embedding vimeo clips I have. The plug-in is uploaded and activated on my site, but when I try to embed the vimeo code I get this error:

The page “Ryan Stayton › Edit Page — WordPress” has content of MIME type “\”application/x-shockwave-flash\””. Because you don’t have a plug-in installed for this MIME type, this content can’t be displayed.
