Does WordPress Amazon Associate plugin prevent its output being cached by static caching plugins? E.g. using mfunc tags
Otherwise caching plugins might cause ads to be shown from the wrong locale (e.g. person from UK visits site and page with UK amazon ad gets generated and cached, then person from US visits site and gets served the cached page with UK ad).
