   I need help. I am NOT a programmer, just a basic user. I need to figure out how to do this:

   1. Client goes to a page that allows them to upload ONE picture as a post. Needs to have input for First Name, Last Name, Nickname, City, State, and a space for writing short bio.

   2. After upload, client goes to a page to verify info. If incorrect, makes corrections.

   3. When finished, forwarded to home page of site.

   ADDENDUM: think along the lines of how ebay allows photo uploads, or photobucket, etc.
