[Plugin: Social Crowd] Missing header error

Steps:
Installed the plugin through WP, wp-admin/plugin-install.php
Successful upload & unzip
Clicked to activate it

Error:
Blank page, “Missing header” message.

Went to plug in list page, wp-admin/plugins.php and activated it there and it worked.
