   Hi

   I checked the support forums and Google, but I'm still stuck trying to get the plugin to work. It did work at one stage and then I upgraded both WordPress and the plugin so I'm not sure what's gone awry.

   The overlay appears when you click on the "Play the video" link at http://www.greggwatt.com/portfolio/video/dentyne-fire/ but the video doesn't play.

   The post entry includes "<a href="http://www.greggwatt.com/portfolio/wp-content/uploads/Dentyne.flv" rel="shadowbox;height=240;width=360" id="highlight">Play the video</a>"

   What I've tried:
   1) Changing the Javascript Library to something other than "none".
   2) I discovered an "Error: uncaught exception: Unknown player: flv" in FireFox 3.5.3 (Mac) Error Console. I don't know if this is interfering with the plugin (probably). Nor do I know how to resolve this.
   3) Deleted the plugin and reinstalled.
   4) Turned off other plugins.
   5) Checked in Safari - same thing.

   I'd really appreciate help with this.

   You need to make sure that you enable FLV support in the plugins settings page (Settings->Shadowbox JS). FLV support is disabled by default in version 3.0.0.0 and newer. Please read the information below the enable flv section as you will need to do another step after accepting the licensing.
