[Plugin: SendFeed] Gobbledygook error

Just installed version 1.6 of this, but when I went to the admin screen and tried to add a feed, the “Add New Feed” link only leads to the following:

http://mysite.com/wp-admin/%3C?=SENDFEED_URL;%20?%3E&sendfeed_page=new_feed

which does not work.
