I've got one request: is it possible that the ability to add redirects could be done by checking for a capability, rather than checking for the 'administrator' role as at present?
This is considered the best practice way of doing it, and would allow me to give a site editor permission to set redirects without having to give them the administrator role.
If there was a custom capability (say "edit_redirects") that would be perfect.
