Plugin page doesn’t update

    I have not been able to add or remove plugins in my WordPress Installation. I have deleted the folders in wp-content/plugins yet on my wordpress plugin admin page they still show. Likewise, I have added plugins that do not show up on the plugins page. Any ideas?

    I am having the same issue, also using WP 2.3.3

    I have been able to delete Plugins from the server, and the page updated, however any new plugins do not appear, and therefore cannot be activated.

    Help!
