[Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] Gallery JavaScript disabling containing DIV

I’m trying to use this great gallery plug-in on my redesign of my work web site. It seems that the JavaScript for the Gallery is Disabling a containing Div I’m using to style my pages. I’m not a JavaScript expert, I can look threw JavaScript, and kind of figure out what I should not touch. I’m hoping someone can point me in the right direction to edit the JavaScript to allow my containing div to be displayed and its Background image. For reference here is a page with all the gallery’s listed if you click on one of the gallery’s the containing Div with a repeating background image disappears. I’m guessing it’s the JavaScript from the Gallery because it only happens on the gallery pages.
