   Instructions are inaccurate, incomplete, and assume too much.
   My result was a blank screen, but I'm not holding my breath.
   "0 of 5 support threads in the last three weeks have been resolved."

   Hello,

   Please provide URl of the website so we can analyze this issue.
   There are can be several reasons of the 'black screen':
   - template absence in the theme;
   - conflict between plugin and theme.
