   I tried to install using the wp backend installer and I was told this plugin has an invalid header.

   Same here, demo looks good but unable to install.

   Yep - and after 6 months the developer hasn't commented or fixed it. Please remove it from the depository.

   No, just keep it there and vote for it as broken for the current version of WordPress. This way someone can pick it up and fix or fork it. Would be nice to have this thing working with the new WordPress menu function.
