Unfortunately this is happening on a bunch of my sites and I have just uninstalled the plugin rather then deal with it because I had to have a working contact form. Now I am trying to duplicate this on a fresh WP install on a sub domain and can't seem to. I had originally thought it might have something to do with the artisteer themes I was using but that is not it. I installed on the new site then one by one installed all the plugins I was using on the old site. Results: no error. Puzzled, I want back to one of my other sites I had an error on and re-activated the plugin, results no errors. I then ran the auto update on that site and updated to the latest version of your plugin and still no errors. Then to top it all off the error suddenly just went away. Now I'm thinking due to the cache part of the error it may have something to do with my host and stuff they are doing. probably should net even be posting this except this has happened to about 4 of my sites using si-contact-form. Don't exactly know what to do now... Maybe I need to contact my host about this...
