So far I used WP Minify, but it was worth giving Autoptimize a try. It has improved my 'waterfall' and reduced page load time by almost 10%. (compared to WP Minify).
However, does anybody know why it creates two CSS files?

Okay, now I know. One for 'print' and one for 'screen'.
