Plugin Advice for e-commerce

Hello,

I do not know this is right place to ask my question but I hope can find solution.

I am looking for eshop plugin that has features :

– create account : Registration form for members
– Price and Some features of product
– Auto load address when complete shopping
– Auto sum for selected products (no need tax)
– Order Via Email (No CC Payment require) (Wp-ecommerce or Quickshop can handle?)
– grid and list view ability
– auto response when complete shopping. I want send “Thank you” via mail.

Is there any plug-in to do what I want? or Should I search theme?

What is your advice?
