Please help fast!

I tried to create a new account: hdstudioscamera. It let me get in and create the account, but I never received a confirmation email or any other information. I logged out and now when I try to log in to my account it tells me that the username is unavailable, but I can’t access the account.

ERROR: Invalid username. Lost your password?
ERROR: Cookies are blocked or not supported by your browser. You must enable cookies to use WordPress.

Please advise ASAP.
