   Hello,

   I am new to modifying WordPress, but I am fumbling through a bit of it. I have a custom index page that I would like to include say 10 of the most recent posts from wordpress. Is there a snippet that I may use or a page somewhere that defines these items to insert into custom pages?

   Here's some plugins I found that might work. Let me know how it goes, I'm thinking about doing the same thing.

   This one worked out great, and i was able to style it with CSS pretty easy... thank you for the response!
