photo scripts

I am considering uploading a “gallery” script to my site to facilitate easier/better photo sharing. I am hoping for a script that will upload the photos and possibly do some minor photo editing (resizing, adding a watermark, etc.). There are many gallery scripts to choose from, including Gallery, ZenPhoto, Qdig, Coppermine, and Awsom, as well as many WP gallery plugins (like NextGen Gallery or WPG2). So I am posing the question to you… Out of all these scripts, what have you used? what did you like/dislike about them? what do you recommend?
