   I changed the permalinks to :
   /%category%/%postname%/

   Everything appeared to work, but one page, Atlanta's Best, kept getting the 404 error. so i deleted it and recreated it, still wouldn't work so i deleted it again.

   Also when i changed the permalinks i would get a 404 error for the home page also,so i gave up and changed the permalinks back to default, but now when you go to the homepage it works, but in the browser instead of saying thesilvertongueonline.com it says to:
   http://thesilvertongueonline.com/atlantas-best/

   I have NO idea what's going on.

   oh and i tried updating the .htaccess file..nothing happening.
